Thrive is SNC Lavalin's global programme to develop their 'Next Generation Safety & Wellbeing leaders'.
I created a distinctive brand, that would stand out from all their other communications (including past initiatives), the strong visual approach was coupled with a strong positioning - For The Change Makers. This deliberately created 'A Brave New World', both for the company and the leadership teams. The proposition was supported by copy propositions that I wrote suggesting new actionable approaches to well known/existing scenarios or practises.
